Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within:

During launches, restocks, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Once your order ships, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any:

• local handling fees
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
Unfortunately, Tarot Unmasked cannot control or predict these charges.
If however, your order is charged (checkout page) with VAT/Duty/Taxes then you do NOT need to pay anything else to anyone, after the purchase.Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
Tarot Unmasked is not responsible for:
• delays
• lost parcels
• failed deliveries
resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. If you realise that the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete after placing your order, please send us a nudge from the ‘Contact’ page with the correct details within 12 hours of placing the order and we can try and make the changes.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are largely outside our control. However, if you believe your shipment may be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of the product and for hygiene, handling, and quality assurance reasons, returns are only accepted under limited circumstances.
Returns may be considered if:
• the item arrives damaged
• the wrong item was received
• the order arrives with a manufacturing defectNon-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• opened or used decks
• change-of-mind purchases
• minor packaging wear caused during transit
• customs-related delivery delays or fees
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within:
48 hours of delivery
Include:
• clear photographs of the product
• photographs of the shipping packaging
• your order number
This helps us assess the issue and provide appropriate support.
Return Approval
If a return or replacement request is approved, further instructions will be provided via email. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where applicable.Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
